It is a top school. But with Penn State brick-and mortar, I've always been fortunate. I go there right now. Carlisle is the traditional campus for Dickinson and is nestled in a quiet town in rural PA. I've been very fortunate. All of which are substantially higher than the national avg of 40%. Acceptance rate of Penn State grads to med school is 60% (65% of just the juniors in a given cycle, 70% of pre-med majors). I think its as good or better then any large public school. I looked at medical school rankings all over the internet and the best I found was that Penn State was ranked N/A from US News. There are not as many law clinics as I would liked if you go to University park, since the school was just built. Here is what I think.
